The reception it's at the Hotel Berna... from 8am to 7pm- If you will arrive before check-in time, we will try to give you the room in advance. If will not be possible give you the room in advance, we will take care of your luggage

Hi, is it possible to drop off our baggage before checking in? We arrive in Florence in the morning and would like to see the city without suitcases

In case you want to arrive earlier and the room is not available, we will make sure of your luggage. If you will need, we gladly will take care of your luggage also after check-out since 7,00 PM maximum

Neat place
Great location near the train station, but not too close. Updated bathroom, very nice. The managers name is Nadia and she did a terrific job. Made us feel special, but I'm sure that she gives personal attention to all of her customers--superb personal work ethic.
Air conditioning only turns on when the room key is set in holder. Probably not usually an issue, but it took a while for the room to cool down during the heat of summer 2023.

Good. Good value for money.
Premium location!!! Best in Florence for sure. Very beautiful room. We had a bit problems with the air fan in the shower that didn't work and the light at the bathroom mirror didn't work as well but at the bottom line recommended.
You better give a bottles of water to your guests it's very basic. Two of our morning was very hard because they had very very loud construction works that shaked all the room and wakes our up at 8:00 and it seems you don't even care. The building is not an hotel and the entrance at the rooms floor doesn't that welcoming.
